When your signs look good, we look good, which is why it’s important to us not only to help you get the right product, but also the right quantity along with all the information you need for accurate estimating and installation.

Custom Layouts

Our layout engineers can help you determine the optimal number of modules your sign needs for an even, full illumination with no dim spots or buying more than you need. We’ll even tell you how many power supplies you’ll need for safe operation. This is a free service — we want to ensure our products are easy to purchase and will perform optimally in your application.

Request a Layout

Before you submit a layout request, there are important pieces of information that you’ll need to have available, a few of which may be:

• Width, height, and depth of the sign cabinet
• Face material
• Spacing between bulbs and cabinet
• Primary voltage at the sign
• Your preferred product, if any
• A graphic of the requested sign, if available (see file formats below)

If you have artwork of your sign, that will help! Vector images are best, such as:

• AI
• EPS
• PDF

We can also work with raster images, such as JPEG or PNG, however, these are generally more difficult to use and can lead to an inaccurate design. If you’re using your smartphone or a camera to photograph a sign, you MUST include accurate dimensions, or we will be unable to process your layout request.

We also have a downloadable Layout Request Form to be used in the field as a checklist to make sure you have all the info you will need for us to lay out your project.

Our layout engineers process requests all day, and although we work as fast as we can, it could take up to 48 hours or more to fulfill your layout request. If this is an urgent need, please call (325) 227-4577 to speak with a member of our support team.
